What is involved?
The process of a session can often be shrouded in mystery until you experience it – and each session is different because each client is unique – but I have given a brief summary of each stage below.
Consultation
We begin each session with a conversation, to dive deeply into your goal and what is preventing you from reaching it in this moment.
Reiki
You lay down on the massage table and relax into a meditative state. During this state of relaxation, I will be channelling the energy of Reiki into your body. This energy will move where it needs to and with the help of various symbols can be targeted to your specific circumstances.
Integration
After the session, there will often be activities to help you integrate these changes into your life, these can vary from person to person.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a frequently misunderstood and underrated modality, due to its widespread nature and simplicity.
But sometimes, simplicity is exactly what we need.
In essence, Reiki is the energy of oneness, of all that is. It is difficult to describe in words, but it is of a high frequency.
By becoming attuned to Reiki, I have invited this energy into my life. This effects me personally, but also allows me to channel the energy through myself and into a client.
The energy moves to where it is needed within you and raises your vibration, this can effect your life in a myriad of ways depending on your situation.
Who is this for?
- People with physical, mental or emotional pain who want to shift this to create a new reality for themselves
- Anyone who feels blocked to move forward and wants to clear their path to their highest potential
- Anyone who feels that past lives patterns may be holding them back and limiting them in their current life
- People who prefer to begin making change in their energy field and subconscious mind, trusting in the process rather than needing to know everything consciously
