What is involved?
The process of a session can often be shrouded in mystery until you experience it – and each session is different because each client is unique – but I have given a brief summary of each stage below.
Consultation
We begin each session with a conversation, to dive deeply into your goal and what is preventing you from reaching it in this moment.
Procedures
You lay down on the massage table and I use your muscle to access your subconscious mind. This allows us to continue to dive deeply into areas that may be blocking you and to discover techniques you body needs to find balance with this issue.
Integration
After the session, there will often be activities to help you integrate these changes into your life, these can vary from person to person.
What is Kinesiology?
It is exciting to see that Kinesiology is gradually becoming more well known, however, many people still have very little idea about what this modality actually is.
Kinesiology centers around the body-mind connection. We use muscle testing to access your subconscious mind. This allows your subconscious to show the areas that need to be discussed and the procedures we should follow to allow your system to come into balance.
My role is to support you emotionally, mentally and physically in your journey. This can involve asking questions, holding the space as you speak your truth, connecting with my spirit team to offer guidance, and listening to your subconscious mind.
Who is this for?
- People with physical, mental or emotional pain who want to shift this to create a new reality for themselves
- Anyone who feels blocked to move forward and wants to clear their path to their highest potential
- People who enjoy making conscious connections to their past patterns to allow understanding and releasing of these
- Anyone who feels that past lives patterns may be holding them back and limiting them in their current life
