Integrated Session
For the people who want to experience a range of modalities.
What is involved?
The process of a session can often be shrouded in mystery until you experience it – and each session is different because each client is unique – but I have given a brief summary of each stage below.
Consultation
We begin each session with a conversation, to dive deeply into your goal and what is preventing you from reaching it in this moment.
We will also discuss any modalities you have a preference for and if anything in particular was divined before the session began.
Procedures
You lay down on the massage table and I use your muscle to access your subconscious mind. This allows us to continue to dive deeply into areas that may be blocking you and to discover techniques you body needs to find balance with this issue.
This could include techniques from: Kinesiology, Reiki, Crystal meditation, Tarot Readings and more.
Integration
After the session, there will often be activities to help you integrate these changes into your life, these can vary from person to person.
What is an Integrated Session?
For the people who want to experience a more fluid type of session, moving through various techniques that are usually kept seperate.
Both before and during the session, various techniques from the modalities that I know may be requested by your body and subconscious mind, which will be intepreted via muscle testing.
These modalities include: Kinesiology, Reiki, Crystal meditation, Tarot Readings and more.
All of these techniques will be working with a goal that we have created, that will move you closer to your limitless self and the life you have always dreamed of.
Who is this for?
- People with physical, mental or emotional pain who want to shift this to create a new reality for themselves
- Anyone who feels blocked to move forward and wants to clear their path to their highest potential
- People who enjoy making conscious connections to their past patterns to allow understanding and releasing of these
- Anyone who feels that past lives patterns may be holding them back and limiting them in their current life
- People are unsure about which session to chose, and wish to try a variety of techniques and modalities
