What is involved?
The process of a session can often be shrouded in mystery until you experience it – and each session is different because each client is unique – but I have given a brief summary of each stage below.
Consultation
We begin each session with a conversation, to dive deeply into your goal and what is preventing you from reaching it in this moment.
Crystal Meditation
You lay down on the massage table and I begin gently guiding you into a relaxed state of being. As you are guided into a meditative state, crystals will be placed onto your body, chosen specifically for the goal we discussed during your consultation.
Integration
After the session, there will often be activities to help you integrate these changes into your life, these can vary from person to person.
What is a Crystal Balance?
Crystal Balances focus almost entirely on your energy system and the current level your body is vibrating at. Each crystal vibrates at a high frequency, with our atoms vibrating at a different frequency at a quantum level, and when we come into contact with a crystal our cells try to match the frequency of the crystal.
It is this process of matching and mirroring, that allows us to raise our frequency and gain the benefits that specific crystals can bring.
This session consists of mostly relaxing into a meditative state and allowing your energy system to come into balance, as you give your body and mind the space it needs to return itself to a state of equilibrium.

- People who have been forgetting to nurture themselves and give their energy-body the space it needs to find balance
- Anyone who would prefer to work on a energetic and subconscious level, rather than involving the conscious mind in the process at this point in time
