Kinesiology
A modality that combines aspects of Eastern and Western therapies to help you uncover and release old thoughts, feelings and attitudes that are holding you back from becoming your best self.
Reiki
During these sessions the energy of Reiki will be channelled through, to move into the areas of your body and energetic field that most need it, bringing you closer to a state of Oneness.
Crystal Balance
A meditative session that utilises crystalline frequencies and physical crystals to help you balance the frequency of your energy field allowing you to begin creating a new state of being.
Written Reading
A distant session allowing you to recieve written guidance based on a 4 or a 12 card tarot reading. Ideal for anyone with a question they would like answered but who is not inclined to book a full tarot reading.

Integrated Session
A session that incorporates a range of modalities and skills, channelled specifically for your wants and needs. These sessions can include: Kinesiology techniques, Reiki, Crystal meditation, Tarot Readings and more.
Please note that each session will only include some, not all, of these modalities.
About Nanci
From a very young age, I have been a future focused person. Always wondering where I would be and what I would be doing, but with no actual thoughts about how I would become that older and wiser Nanci.
It was over the course of many years – and many sessions – that I began committing to creating the future that I desired, rather than only wishing for it.
If you are here today, reading this page, your journey may be beginning a new chapter, just as mine did through those years of inner work (years that are still continuing to this day).
Who will you end up becoming? Who knows, but I would be honoured to support you in your journey to becoming them.
My Approach
Every single person is unique – and my understanding of this fact impacts my apporach to holistic therapy deeply.
What we discuss, the modalities and procedures I utilise, and the way the energy shifts is all impacted by my client, the stage of life they are in and the reason why they are working with me.
My Process
Despite the uniqueness of each session, there is a general process that we follow. Beginning with a conversation, allowing my client to express anything they need to and share with me their goal in beginning this journey.
The next steps are dependent on the type of session – but I will clearly describe what to expect at the beginning of the session. If you have any questions beforehand – please contact me!
